Nunavut lies to the northernmost part of Canada. It is also the largest, newest and least populous provinces born in 1999. Geographically important, the province has huge portions of north Canada and its Arctic belt. Considering its size, Nunavut is also named the 5th largest country subdivision of the world.
The population of Nunavut is approximately 32000 as per the 2011 Canadian population census. The ethnicities comprise of Inuit (83.7%), First Nations, Métis and non-aboriginals where majority of these are Christians.
Nunavut’s economy is sustained on multiple industries. Though immigration to this cold province is relatively lower, it still manages to attract people for the following industries:
