In yesterday’s Express Entry draw, total 2,871 candidates have received invitation to apply (ITA).
The draw that took place on 20th September, has issued ITAs to the candidates with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 433 or above. So, those candidates who have 433 CRS points or above during the time of draw are now eligible to apply for permanent residence status in Canada.
The CRS score is assigned to a candidate once they enter into the Express Entry pool based on various factors. The factors include education, work experience, civil status information, language ability, financial ability, and others. These scores are important to define candidate’s rank in the pool as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issues ITAs only to the higher-ranking candidates during express entry draw.
Only the candidates who receive ITAs can submit Canadian permanent resident status application.
The draw that took place on 20th September were not restricted to any specific program and candidates from any field were eligible to receive ITA. The candidates were only required to meet the eligibility criteria of any of the three express entry immigration programs. The three immigration programs are Canadian Experience Class (CEC),
Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC) and Federal Skilled Trades Class (FTSC).
